This privacy policy for personal information (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals using the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer" (hereinafter referred to as Users).

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

This Policy applies to all information that Information Technologies Sport Plus LLC (hereinafter referred to as ItSportPlus) may receive about the User during their use of the AQTrainer Mobile Application and during the execution by ItSportPlus of any agreements and contracts with the User. The User’s consent to this Policy, expressed by them within the framework of relations with one of the listed persons, applies to all other listed persons.

Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about Users are governed by this Policy and the current legislation of the user’s region .

Using the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer" means the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing his personal information specified therein.

In case of disagreement with these terms, the User must immediately stop any use of the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer".

1.1. Within the framework of this Policy, "User's personal information" means:

1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about himself on his own initiative during registration (creation of an account) in the process of using the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer", including the User’s personal data.

1.1.2. Other information about the User, the processing of which is provided for by the terms of use of the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer".

1.2. ItSportPlus does not verify the authenticity of the personal information provided by the User and is not able to assess his/her legal capacity. However, ItSportPlus assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.

2.1. ItSportPlus collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for using the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer" or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except in cases where the law provides for mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.

2.2. ItSportPlus processes the User’s personal information for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of the party within the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer", agreements and contracts with ItSportPlus;

2.2.2. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer", execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing of requests and applications from the User;

2.2.3. Improving the quality of the Mobile application "AQ Trainer", ease of use, development of new features;

3.1. ItSportPlus stores personal information of Users exclusively on electronic media and processes it using automated systems, except in cases where non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with compliance with legal requirements.

3.2. The User’s personal information remains confidential, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.

3.3. The personal data of Users is not transferred to any third parties, except in the following cases:

3.3.1. The User has expressed consent to such actions;

3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer" or for the execution of a specific agreement or contract with the User;

3.3.3. The transfer is provided for by Russian legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law;

3.3.4. Such transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of a business (in whole or in part), in which case all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by it are transferred to the acquirer;

3.3.5. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of ItSportPlus or third parties in cases where the User violates this Policy;

3.3.6. As a result of processing the User’s personal information by depersonalizing it, the resulting depersonalized statistical data may be transferred to partners for conducting research, performing work, or providing services on behalf of ItSportPlus.

3.4. When processing personal data of Users, ItSportPlus is guided by the legislation of the region, in particular the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

4.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or part of it, using the personal data editing function in the relevant section of the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer".

4.2. The User may also delete the personal information provided by him/her within a specific account by contacting the service support using the contact information specified in paragraph 8.1 of the Privacy Policy. In this case, deleting the account will result in the suspension of the use of the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer".

4.3. The rights provided for in paragraphs 4.1. and 4.2. of this Policy may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may include the obligation of ItSportPlus to save the information changed or deleted by the User for the period established by law and to transfer such information in accordance with the procedure established by law to a government agency.

In the Mobile Application "AQ Trainer" provides the option of subscribing so that the User can continue training using the ProAtlet Mobile Application after the trial period has expired. These subscriptions are provided by the Apple App Store. 6.1. ItSportPlus takes the necessary and sufficient organizational, legal and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions by third parties.

7.1. ItSportPlus has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes, the current version shall indicate the date of the last update. The new version of the Policy shall enter into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. 7.2. This Policy and the relations between the User and ItSportPlus arising in connection with the application of this Policy shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
